Everything here is made by hand, so there's a little making time before there's any posting time. Here's exactly what to expect.
Making time
- Ready-made companions and blooms — dispatched within 3–5 working days
- Custom banners and custom design panels — please allow 2–3 weeks, as these are charted and stitched from scratch for you
If you need something for a particular date, message me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Delivery within Pakistan
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000
- Below that, a delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay
- Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive within 2–4 working days
International delivery
I'm happy to post overseas — message me with your country before ordering and I'll work out the cost. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How things are packed
Every order is wrapped by hand in tissue and twine, in a kraft box, with a little note. Gift wrapping is an option at checkout, and I'll happily write your message on the card.
If something goes missing
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email knotello.pk@gmail.com and I'll chase the courier and sort it out with you.
